Odd behavior from Malin 1.1.8 and auto bed level, A8

Hi. Hopefully someone here can help me, I've soured the internet to find my issue but with no success for my Anet A8.
My problem is I have enable auto bed leveling in Marlin 1.1.8 (i'll copy the config settings below) and set the probe offset, but when I try to level or home, the x axis homes correctly, but then the z axis rises three time and says STOPPED on the LCD? Very odd as it worked with older Marlin. It is probably just a setting I have overlooked, but I can't seem to find the problem. I have only changed the below settings everything else is default from the Anet marlin config files.
Any help would be appreciated. :)

Using a inductive sensor mounted on the rear of the extruder.

/**
* The BLTouch probe uses a Hall effect sensor and emulates a servo.
*/
#define BLTOUCH
#if ENABLED(BLTOUCH)
//#define BLTOUCH_DELAY 375 // (ms) Enable and increase if needed
#endif

#define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 15 // X offset: -left +right [of the nozzle]
#define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 20 // Y offset: -front +behind [the nozzle]
#define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 3 // Z offset: -below +above [the nozzle]

//#define AUTO_BED_LEVELING_3POINT
//#define AUTO_BED_LEVELING_LINEAR
#define AUTO_BED_LEVELING_BILINEAR
//#define AUTO_BED_LEVELING_UBL
//#define MESH_BED_LEVELING
