Re: Anycubic Linear Plus Delta

I have a good deal on a flashforge dreamer. A door and dual extruders suits an industrial environment much better. I only really bought this out of curiosity. Just wanted to see a delta in action haha. Yeah she prints pretty sweet alright. And that's just using the stock DeltaBot setting from Cura! ...

Anycubic Linear Plus Delta

Anybody interested in a linear plus at cost price? We need something a bit more suitable for the factory here so she has to go. I've replaced some of the crappy stock wiring and fixed on the rails with threadlock and cable ties. PEI bed is also applied plus insulation underneath. Comes with all orig...

Re: Lokbuild bed surface review

PEI sheet does the same thing... Only if you literally tear a lump out of it though. And even then you can just patch it with kapton. I have a few plates of glass too but I could never really get into it. PEI is easier and you never really have to apply anything to it. Or even clean it really. I ha...

OH!! But I love auto leveling. Its been the best option i have added to my printer :!:
That's fine but the way I see it it's just one more thing in a long list of things to go wrong. I like my machines to be as simple as possible.

Re: Lokbuild bed surface review

These surfaces are fine and all but since you have to change them every month or so they become a terrible investment.

Just stick on a thin sheet of PEI and forget about it forever that's what I say.

Re: 3:1 Geared Bowden Extruder

I don't like bowden myself. Too awkward and gives way more trouble than a direct drive.

Re: Anet auto bed Leveling

I gave up on it in the end. Never got good results. I hate auto leveling with a passion. My Prusa MK2S was recently out of action for a month because the sensor went and I had trouble getting a replacement. And even that machine still can't get the level right. I reckon it's the PEI sheet wearing do...
